REFUND & RETURN POLICY

At Scents by Luxify, your satisfaction is our priority. We want you to love your luxury fragrance purchase.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY
You may return products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided:
• The product is unopened and unused
• The product is in its original packaging with all seals intact
• You have proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

IMPORTANT: Due to health and hygiene regulations, we cannot accept returns of opened, used, or unsealed fragrance products.

HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN
1. Contact us at info@scentsbyluxify.com within 30 days of delivery
2. Include your order number and reason for return
3. We will provide return instructions and address
4. Ship the item back in its original condition

RETURN SHIPPING
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.

REFUND PROCESSING
Once we receive and inspect your return:
• Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
• Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
• Opened or used fragrances
• Products without original packaging or seals
• Items returned after 30 days

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at info@scentsbyluxify.com with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.

EXCHANGES
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
